Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

CROWN subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are billed and managed by Apple.

That means Apple manages both subscription cancellation and App Store refund requests.

CROWN does not directly approve, deny, or issue refunds for purchases billed by Apple.

Manage subscription Request an Apple refund

1. Cancelling Your CROWN Subscription

You can cancel your CROWN subscription at any time through Apple.

On iPhone:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select CROWN
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

You can also manage subscriptions using Apple's subscription-management tools.

Cancelling prevents future renewals.

Your paid CROWN access generally continues until the end of the current billing period, subject to Apple's applicable terms.

2. Deleting CROWN Does Not Cancel Your Subscription

Deleting the CROWN app from your iPhone does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.

If you no longer want your subscription to renew, cancel it through Apple.

3. Refund Requests

Some App Store purchases may be eligible for a refund.

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple, not CROWN.

To request a refund from Apple:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase
  3. Choose Request a refund
  4. Select the relevant CROWN purchase or subscription
  5. Follow Apple's instructions

Apple decides whether a refund is approved under its policies and applicable consumer law.

CROWN cannot guarantee that Apple will approve a refund.

4. There Is No Separate CROWN “Three-Day Refund” Promise

CROWN does not create a separate automatic three-day, five-day, or seven-day refund guarantee for App Store purchases.

Your refund rights are determined by Apple and any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you.

This avoids creating a refund promise that conflicts with Apple's billing and refund system.

5. Renewal Charges

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals after the cancellation becomes effective through Apple.

Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge that has already completed.

If you believe a completed App Store charge should be refunded, submit the request to Apple.

6. Duplicate, Unauthorized, or Unexpected Charges

If you see:

  • a duplicate charge
  • a purchase you do not recognize
  • an unexpected Apple charge
  • another App Store billing problem

review the purchase in your Apple purchase history and contact Apple or use Apple's Report a Problem service.

CROWN does not have access to your full payment-card information.

7. Technical Problems

If CROWN is not working correctly, contact us through the CROWN Support page.

We will help investigate the technical issue.

Technical support does not mean CROWN can directly refund an App Store transaction.

Refund decisions remain with Apple.

8. No Physical Returns

CROWN is a digital service.

There are no physical goods to return under this policy.

If CROWN later sells physical products or accepts payments outside the App Store, separate applicable terms will be provided before purchase.

9. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy removes any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Refund eligibility and consumer rights may vary by country or region.
